Career Development Centre of the Institute centrally handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students of all Departments. CDC is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each and every stage of the placement processes. CDC staff members assist in arranging Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Group Discussions, and Interviews etc. are made as per the requirements of the Organizations.

The vision of Career Development Centre is to increase the employability skills of our students at institutional and industrial level. We also developed personalities to contribute for the growth of excellence & innovation in their professions, society and the country.

FUNCTIONS OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
Career Development centre offers the students who are ready to gear-up to enter the corporate world and establish them with their employers to meet their aspirations. The Training programs are so designed after systematic analysis of distinctive requirement of broaden horizons of diversified companies. We impart this training program with the help of in-house training team and reputed training Institutes, thus enable our students to gain a smoothened edge in the recruitment process, and succors them to gain confidence in the interview process.

The Career Development Centre is assisted by a committee comprising representatives of students from the under-graduate engineering streams.

  • To prepare flyers for the institution branding and awareness.
  • To invite prospective companies to campus
  • To register the qualified students for training and sharpen the skills to fit the need of industry
  • To identify student representatives and encourage team spirit and team work among them

RESPONSIBILITIES OF DEPARTMENT COORDINATORS

  • To facilitate the communication process between department and Career Development
  • To acquire the information from the placement team and identify and organize the students for training based on the eligibility.
  • To recognize the vibrant student representatives for the department who will vigorously partake in placement work.
  • Make dear to the students about the activities of the Career Development Centre.
  • Be present at the time of campus interview along with the student representatives to motivate and facilitate students of their department, collect the list of selected students and inform the students individually.
